Important Details for Booking a Party |
Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Waiver Requirement: An active waiver must be completed before booking and for all participants, including non-jumpers.
Rescheduling Policy:
Parties can be rescheduled for free up to 24 hours before the event.
Rescheduling within 12 hours of the event incurs a $50 fee.
Additional Jumpers: $23 per jumper.
Pizza Orders: Must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and cannot be adjusted on the day of the event.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled party time.
Facility Rules: Piñatas and confetti are not allowed in the facility.
